A series of podcasts about developments in lupus research produced by the Lupus Foundation of America in Washington, DC. In this episode, Dr. S. Sam Lim of Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, discusses preliminary findings from a population-based registry of people with systemic lupus within two Georgia Counties, including the city of Atlanta. The data show a higher number of lupus cases than was found in previous studies.
